- plan to join the family business
- are already in the family business
- definitely don’t want to join
- or are still figuring it out
You can join the NextGen study, if you:
- Are willing to share your perspective and thoughts in an annual survey
- Are 18 years or older
- Have not (yet) taken over the family business from the senior generation
- Come from a family that owns a business (any size, any industry, any country)
