As an additional building block of our research (and independent from the survey study),
we are looking for a cohort of next generation family members to join a longitudinal study<\/strong>.

What does a cohort project contain?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As part of the cohort, you will receive an annual survey from us over the next 5-8 years in which we will ask you about updates on your personal life plans and aspirations to join the family business. The response time of the survey will be 10-15min. To join the cohort study, we ask you at the end of our survey study to indicate your interest in joining the cohort study.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What about my data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the cohort study, we comply with the highest standards of confidentiality and anonymity and the same data use and protection<\/a> rights apply. In addition, participants have the right to withdraw their consent to participate in the cohort study at any time without providing a reason. Additionally, until the point of complete anonymization, they can request that their information provided during the study be corrected, handed over to them, blocked from processing, or deleted.
