Prof. Dr. Christine Scheef<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christine Scheef is Assistant Professor for Family Business and Entrepreneurship at the Swiss Institute of Small Businesses and Entrepreneurship (KMU-HSG) and the Center for Family Business (CFB-HSG) at the University of St.Gallen. She teaches and researches about family businesses and owner-managed firms with a particular focus on corporate governance and firm strategy. Showing her drive to conduct innovative and impactful research with and for family businesses, Christine recently won the best conference award at the International Family Enterprise Research Academy conference with the paper \u2018succession processes in family firms: a new temporal perspective\u2019. Her research is published among others in the Strategic Management Journal. Being a scholar with impact, Christine also founded and leads the St.Galler Owner Manager Forum \u2013 a Forum for experience exchange and inspiration for owner managers in Switzerland and Germany.

Dr. Mateja Andric<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mateja Andric is a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of St.Gallen, and at the Center for Family Enterprise at the House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics. She completed her PhD in Management at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and examined in her dissertation how firms are affected by entrepreneurs\u2019 and CEOs\u2019 life events. Her research focuses on the interface between entrepreneurs\u2019 private life and business, including the dynamic interplay between family and business. By generating insights into how firms are embedded in the life courses of entrepreneurs, she aims to help entrepreneurs and businesses successfully manage the dynamic interface between private life and work. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Venturing and the Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research.

Thibault Huber<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thibault Huber is a Research Associate at the Center for Family Business (CFB-HSG) of the University of St.Gallen. Growing up within a family office himself, he brings in his experiences in explorative as well as theoretical research. As an assistant role, he helps the other team members in their performance regarding this research project. Driven by purpose, he is certain that the insights generated from this research project will help future NextGens in finding answers to one of the biggest questions of their life – should I join my family business, and if yes, when and how.
